30-Day Return Guarantee (Unopened & Unused Items)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Items that do not meet return conditions will be sent back.

Opened or used products, prefilled cartridges, and e-juice are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

3-Day DOA Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour Dead on Arrival Guarantee for the following issues:

Leaking disposable kits or e-juice

Broken screens or glass

Devices not working upon first use (e.g., charging failure, atomizer leaking)
Please report DOA issues within 3 days of delivery by emailing sales@bulkdisposables.com with photos or a video showing the problem.
3-Month Limited Warranty
Select products, such as batteries and mods, come with a 3-month warranty from the date of original purchase. See individual product listings for specific warranty details.
Warranty Exclusions:

Replacement coils, pods, and spare parts

Any damage caused by misuse, drops, water, improper charging, modifications, or lost/stolen items is not covered.

Consumable items (e.g., coils) are not covered once used.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If your item is defective, not as described, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bulkdisposables.com with the following:

Clear description of the issue and troubleshooting steps taken

Supporting video or images of the issue
Photos or videos are required for review. If none are provided, eligibility for exchange or refund will be at our discretion. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless it’s a DOA situation.
Missing Items
All orders are carefully processed and triple-checked before shipping. If an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
